Comet32 project compile

Because I have to keep recompiling 18 programs on Comet16 and then on Comet32, I built a UE project.

Under Comet16, I can compile each program independently or do a project compile.

Under Comet32, I can compile each program independently. But, a project compile is VERY slow and there a problem about "unable to open listing file" on most of the programs. Four of the 18 did compile. See UE.PRJ.

And, the DOS box hangs up at the end and is closed by Windows.
