What OS is running on this system (including if x86 or x64) and is this C16 or C32? Is this the new Reporter (excuse my ignorance on this - there may be only one Reporter)? After the session hangs, are you able to connect a new session (local or remote)? By the way, if you terminate c32 (assuming that's what you're running), the others should automatically follow.
