I think I saw what the problem was.
The "Following User" always came up with the "Local Domain\Administrator" as the user. The drop down list only had that user and the browse button "..." was disabled. The Administrator account is SUPER SECRET and isn't to be used for daily Admin work.
I could change the User to another and supply a valid password and Comet.exe would run but I would have to do that every time.
The fix was to rename the old Comet.exe shortcut and drag another shortcut to the desktop. The new shortcut works fine as it was created under the day-to-day admin account.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
