max ca sessions in cosw.ini

I've tried every which way to search using the web site search feature for this info, but can not find. I believe there is a way to limit the number of comet anywhere sessions in the cosw.ini file. However, I can't find the format of the statement, plus where to put it in the cosw.ini file. Can some one point me where I can find this info?
