Does anyone have or use a modified Qantel Payroll package brought up to date with today's IRS requirement?

Would be interested in purchasing source code (is not for resale). Programs such as PCC,PC1,PCC2,PCC3 especially are outdated. Don't need any State data, just don't want to spend the time doing it myself. Separation of SS and Medicare especially not handled well.
