I went through and made all of the files & folders available. The one I copied from my PC works. The one I copied from their system then deleted the Qdir doesn't. Even after checking for read-only. I then tried making the QDIR on my system and copying to theirs. Still did not allow the rebuild. I am supposed to supervisor permissions but maybe the setup I have is not really supervisor. I'll try again.
