Yep that is exactly what happened. We moved the site from our windows server to an ubuntu installation, and although we tried to get all of the filenames to match up in regards to the case insensitivity issue, clearly we missed a few! It would help us out tremendously if when you find any broken links or images you could post them here to the forum.

I fixed the ones you mentioned above, plus a few others in the same category of files.
