error 00 & 99

I have a 3 user XP windows network. The pc acting as server is running fine. On the other pc's when comet2004 loads, it loads comet qmonitor and I can go to my main menu (z) and when it returns to comet qmonitor i get error 00 & 99 trying to run qenditor--possible handle problem...
non server workstations are running comet.exe from local c drive:

comet2004 _
rel
cos
any suggestions?
