I bet you are using the BAD practice of specifying where the cfg files are to go in your ini file. The error 3 is "path not found". If you do not include that line (and I forget what the syntax is because I never use it myself), the cfg files will be written to your current directory which is the correct place anyway. If you need more help, just send the ini file.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
