SpoolMessage in Reporter

True of old Reporter, maybe true for new Reporter.

Printing to DocMgr as PDF.

If the report is empty and you get the "No items selected" message, then the (SpoolMessage="My report name") doesn't work and you get the "`report" as the job name.
