forget all the prior attempts to send files

Target is c:\comet2004\rel\comet.exe /pn='TERRI'
Startin is c:\comet2004\rel

individual user comet ini (Terri) attached
splash screen startup log attached

This will load to comet monitor--if i try to run qtility i get error 00 & 99 trying to run qenditor

I can run 'z' -- (main menu) and then return and get same error...
