Working with first live Comet32 situation. New Win 2008 server that runs Comet32 as the CometAnywhere Host.
1) All the other workstations are Comet16 and any error posts into QERRLOG. But, Qtilities #20 has been disabled for Comet32. I, for one, will still need to see QERRLOG entries regardless of the Comet version I'm running.
2) ErrorLog.CSV, IMHO, is two steps down from QERRLOG. Even if all the needed info was filled in, the "presentation" is difficult. With QERRLOG I had selection options and could view any error individually. A quick screen print, a quick look at the first three lines of the error info, and I've got enough info to debug the problem 90% of the time.
3) The QENDITOR replacement also sucks. No useful information.
4) Only good thing I can say about ErrorLog.CSV is that it shows the last 20 "User Addr" although the CSV calls them "IP" and Excel has apparently misinterpreted the cell content for some of them.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
