Printer caveat

Customer hired a well recommended IT company to upgrade their server from Win 2003 to Win 2008 (both are Small Business Server). They did an excellent job of getting the users moved to the new server.

But, the main laser printer (Xerox, big multi-function) doesn't have working drivers for Win 2008. They started last Friday and as of Noon Wednesday didn't have the Xerox working.

Make sure Printer Drivers are on your pre-upgrade checklist.
