setting the session colours in .ini

wanted to change the session colours, so I changed the appropriate lines in the .ini file

what do I have to do to make this effective?

brought down all COMET terminal sessions
stopped the COMET service (this is MS Server 2003)
brought everything back up

-no change-

not a big deal... I've got much bigger fish to fry, but.....
