For those people who are trying to use the shortcut key in ultraedit for compiling (ctrl+shift+0) and it does not work, NO you are not crazy or incapable of typing ctrl+shift+0. Be aware that according to Microsoft, both Vista and Windows 7 uses ctrl+shift+0 for the operating system. To get it to work, reference the instructions below:
