1) take a look at the USB settings and make sure you have the right driver. If you plug the Comet security dongle in too soon on a new PC you may get the default driver instead of the Comet driver. See screen shot.
2) might be a flakey USB port. Had one, on an now retired laptop, where the USB-Comet connection broke every couple of days.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
