Just did a "new server" scenario a few weeks back. The IT company did a good job of moving the user profiles from SBS2003 to SBS2011. They used a freeware version of "Profile Wizard". Gave all the users their old desktop and settings. About ten XP and one Vista workstation were moved.

Nonetheless, the first run of Comet.exe needed to do some if it's first time install stuff.
