Carl, Comet works well in performing this task as Barbara mentions. We do lots of it both ways. I've got comet running all the time (it's also the CA host) and it watches for log files and does some processing. We also have it setup in scheduler to start up another comet session to perform certain data processing functions through out the evening and into the wee hours of the night. Been running it for years and very little maintenance if any.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
