I'm still waiting for you to send me a source to reproduce the compiler error 91. If you don't want to send the entire source try this. Add the listing option to your compile command like this:
! //IB// SRC("myprog.ibs", "src") OBJ("myprog", "obj") Opt(L)

Then compile the program and open the listing file (in this example it'll be called myprog.lst and will be the source directory). The listing should have stopped at the line of code that caused the problem. Maybe we can get a clue from that.
