Your response was very refreshing to know. Hardware is hardware. Then there is FIRMWARE, numerous SOFTWARE and OS's 32/64! Told the CEO the WALL is upon us. Re-act now or suffer. OEM's got this problem, not me. I'm relying on my local OEM not WallMart. Out of my inventory combined 64-bit pc, 64-bit Win/7 Pro from my local OEM. Bought 7/Pro from STAPLES. Had to install INTEL MoBo device drivers after installing 7 Pro so audio/video/network stuff would work. Here's the surprise. INTEL has they're own game plan with security software when using INTEL MoBo'd. It's called ESET. So we have a choice of macafee, symantec, security essentials, kapersky, ESET and OTHERS? For LIVE detection using Essentials. For solving/fixing badly infected Pc's use Kapersky 10.
