The manifest mentions a dump file but the dump file (C:\DOCUME~1\cvlfc1\LOCALS~1\Temp\5\WER85f2.dir00\cosw.exe.hdmp) was not included. Still, I see that the program in question was Cosw.exe. Can you tell me about (Dialog, File transfer, etc.) the Comet program that may have been running at the time? Are you seeing the crash repeatedly? FYI, when you get a crash like this where Comet is clearly still running, you should be able to open a new Cosw.exe and continue without restart. There's also the possibility of a problem in Cosc.exe that can cause a hang under certain conditions. As you're on build 438 I would recommend moving to 443 to avoid that particular problem.
