CometExplorer displays "C32 Program" in the "type" column for IB programs compiled using the Comet32 compiler. Really! Look at the REL folder. You'll see CMON32 listed as a C32 program.

You cannot compile using the Comet16 compiler while running Comet32.

The same compile command will work for both the C16 and C32 compiler. The compiler used will be the one for whichever version of Comet you're running at the time of the compile.
