Main problem I have with Spring is the following.
85% of my clients (approx 200+ of 250) run on a April 30 Fiscal Year.
Our busy time is from April 10-May 10. Then throw in Spring break around
Easter and that takes care of Mar 20- April 5. Graduations or end of school
around May 15-June 5....now you are into summer.
Personally I have always thought that Sept-Oct are the best times...less things
going on but that may be just our business and me personally. Fall would be my vote
and probably New Orleans. I love Chicago but have the opportunity to visit it each
weekend if I choose. Plus keep in mind that a trip to downtown Chicago averages
$250+ a day for a hotel room alone. That doesn't include the meeting room cost.
If it is Chicago I can help Jim out with suggestions. If it is Spring let us know
and we will try and attend.
Main thing is that we should meet every year and the meeting should be set at the end of the
existing one so everyone can plan ahead.
As for meeting with you Jim I will let you know if and when Greg & I can be together. It could be
in Chicago or Florida based on schedules. Just my thoughts....
