Latest info on Micrsoft Small Business Server 2011. Three versions...
Standard - continuation of SBS back to SBS 4.0 - 75 users
Essentials - domain based local server with Exchange and Office in the "cloud" - 25 users
Premium - adds SQL Server
Essentials sits above Home Server (no domain) and seems to be the way to go for small office/home office customers.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
