COMET STARTUP WARNING

Idea as to where to look to eliminate the below message.
Running on Windows 2008 Server-32-bit OS
Using Security: 11.2, Comet 2011 .445, REL 11.07, & UTL 11.07.

This message "was not" appearing last week. I suspect some kind of changes were made to the Server?
Working on the Server and when you Mouse Click on the Comet icon the Message:
COMET STARTUP WARNING
Cannot locate driver table RS\ADMINI~1
OK..box appears

Click OK and screen continues into Comet.
All appears to be OK

Looking at the *.INI, the C,$(CATEMP) appears to be what is triggering this message.
If I look at the Comet Startup Log File the path for $(CATEMP) shows:
C:\USERS\ADMIN~1.WPP\APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP\19\CATEMP

Ideas?
