Either there's a bad record in your #CFILES or you've found a bug! The easiest way for me to determine what's going on is to look at your #CFILES. Here's an easy way you can get it to me.

Run CFILES. Choose the "Utilities" tab. Click Import/Export #CFILES. It will provide a dialog to make a text file (Cfiles.txt) of your #CFILES (the export option). Please email the text file to me and I'll take a look.
