I'm getting the IB tag list. It looks like that tag list comes from a file called taglist.uet in the ProgramFiles...\UltraEdit folder. I've attached mine here. See how it compares to yours. Note I renamed it taglist.txt so I could save it as an attachement here. You'll have to rename it.
