Finally got an answer back from my customer.
1) he's switched several times because the "bank/vendor" changed rates or added a new charge
2) "float" of 1-2 days is OK if the rate is good. He currently has a two day float because the rate is better than Wells Fargo's one day float.
3) he does 80-100k per month and that generally gets him a better rate
He's interested in what Sig and Comet could do.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
