That might be the problem. If the user has their "Documents" folder redirected to the server instead of local. The timimg of a Copy and Delete might be off.

I'm using pdfFactory Pro 3 on my Win7 laptop. I don't delete the PDF's in the user's AutoSave folder. I let pdfFactory track and delete the PDF's. I think I'm set at 500. Ver 4 defaults to 1000.

A couple of times I've been able to recover a PDF from the user's PDF folder and import in into DocMgr. Where it should have been but was missing. So leaving some clutter behind isn't all bad.
