cosw.ini suggestion

After having to search for a client's cosw.ini file yesterday, I was wondering if a change could be made to the comet window? If you click on EDIT and then COMET LOG, the comet log will open up. Would this be a simple change to add EDIT and then COSW.INI causing the COSW.INI file that is being used to open up?
