IBR names in Spooler and DocMgr

1) Just started a customer's conversion to New Reporter. Noticed that the program names in Spooler and DocMgr have an extra digit attached. See screen shot.

Same if report is run from QREPORTS, DX, or from an IB program.

Comet16/446 REL/UTL 11.08.


2) The $ to IBR conversion routine doesn't like $ files that have LINE or NOHEADINGS as the first line.
