Comet Reporter problem (running Comet32) on 64bit Win7 pro

I am having a problem running the Reporter on my new PC. Comet (Comet32) appears to processes the report, but never prints/launches the output. The program "RpgGen3" appears to be stuck at address "4D8F".

My new PC is running Windows 7 professional 64-bit o/s and I am running the latest Comet releases (Comet2011v448, REL & UTL vers 11.08)

The same reporter prgram runs fine on my XP Pro machine when running Comet32.
