Last night we rebooted he server, and I am having problems with one machine
this morning.
I have rebooted this machine, and turned it off for a period of time, and I
still the same problem.

I get a message that Comet is already running, but it does not appear to be
(as the cosc, cosh or the cosw are not showing in the processes in task
manager)
What am I missing
