DefineSysColor changes the specified QCRT color to the standard Windows color specified. This allow you to ensure that your QCRT stuff matches the colors used in Windows controls. For possible values check out the Windows.Inc file in the WDL folder and the MS definition for GetSysColor in your Visual Studio help database.
