Unable to Connect to Server

Moving from existing system to new Win 7, 32-bit, server and workstations.

Workstation launches fine when launched from Server(workstation as well). Node name DPAC1.

When launching from a connected workstation get message in details unable to connect to server address.

Puzzled.

Attached is Comet.ini and Details log.
