Hi Herb. One of the reasons that WIndows 98 SE is required is that it also includes Internet Explorer 4.0. Some of the DLL's we use are common to IE. What version of IE is installed on this system? Our DLL package should include everything in IE but just to make sure I think it would be prudent to check.
