Open with "key"

2 weeks ago I ran my program using OPEN with the Key feature and all worked OK. Today I get an error 54 telling me that the function is not valid on that file. It's like it does not recognize it is an extended file. I copied it with the keys, deleted the old and renamed the new one. Still errors. I updated everything (REL,UTL & Comet 449). I'm running Comet16.
