I'm venturing into Windows Programming on the Comet system. I'll need a resource editor if I'm going to go the dialog route or tinker with the projects in the DLG folder. I noticed that there a Visual Studio 2010 Express that's free. Has anyone tried this product as a developement tool for the DLL files or do I need to buy the full version? Then there's the headache of which full version.
