The following lines were copied from the Comet 32 Wiki Page.

# 4.9 Background partitions have been partially implemented.

* 4.9.1 ACTIVATE and PSTAT have been implemented.
* 4.9.2 TERMINATE, PCOMM and INTERRUPT have not been implemented.

PDF Systems has several clients that activate programs in background. What does "Background partitions have been partially implemented." mean?

It TERMINATE has not been implemented how is a Background Program halted?
