Hi Badge. We've had a few problems getting the installation of CFAM based systems to go smoothly but I just have to tell you, you've done better than most. You attached the CFAM log from "shaz" and the COSC log from "mal". From what I can see, "shaz" started okay (although your type 's' directories won't work because you need a second server designated with an 'F'). The "mal" COSC log indicates that CFAM never started (compare with the COSC log from "shaz"). When CFAM loads (it must reside in the same folder as COSH, COSW, etc.) you should see an icon in the system tray. If CFAM isn't loading you can try and start it manually (just point and click) before starting Comet. I suspect that it's failing because a DLL is missing. If so a startup error should report which DLL.
