Let's start with the case that sounds the simplest. You say if you RUN DX from your menu it returns to QMONITOR? You mean your menu runs DX and then you click CLOSE? If so, DX will try to run a program called RpgExit which you may have written. If not found, it will return to QMONITOR.

So, is that not what is happening?
