ue 17 install

Purchased and downloaded the UE 17.

Downloaded UE15SetUp.zip and followed the Signature Instructions for UE Version 15 Set Up.

Got to step 15 Select Environment and there is not an option for "Internet Basic Developer".

Any ideas?
