CometFileServe failure

I am getting a failure on File Server at my client's site almost every day which requires a stop/start of Comet services to get running again.

MS Windows Server 2003 SP2.
CometServer 11.4.
Comet2011 450.

There are 3 servers
AD-COMET - Security Server, File Server - contains data base - running full Comet clients - static IP 192.168.10.3.
CITRIX1 - File Server running Citrix - 1 Comet client, 75 CAW clients - static IP 192.168.10.5.
CITRIX2 - File Server running Citrix - 1 Comet client, 78 CAW clients - statis IP 192.168.10.7.
All comet clients and CAW clients are assigned IP address via DHPC.
All comet clients running Comet16 except for 2 running Comet32.

Have attached CFamNetServe logs for 2011-11-29 (failed 15:11:37) & 2011-11-30 (failed 11:39:55), CometNTService log (all from Ad-COMET) and WOODMANHTM.ini file.

Event Viewer details of the error as follows:
Application Error
Category (100)
Event ID 1000
Faulting application CFileServe.exe version 0.0.0.0.
Faulting module CFileServe.exe version 0.0.0.0.
Fault Address 0x00011582 and 0x0004cd02.

This problem is getting the client irate. Any help or hints of where to look would be greatly appreciated.
