All the [Debug] settings apply directly to the Comet32 TRACE command except FullDump. That applies to all Comet32 nodes. The default for FullDump is 0 which means generate the minidump. FullDump = 1 would great a much larger dump that includes all of the program memory. We might ask you to do that in certain situations.

The TRACE settings just define the default settings for each of the TRACE statements you can use in your program. Link to statements below...
