Had a problem about 18 months ago with E02 on the first read from a .CSV file that used ACCESS to find it.

at that time Kieth suggested that I copy from network drive to local and try it again.

must've renamed it when I moved it because today:

1) a.b.txt gets E02 on the first read
2) a.txt gets E02 after the 93rd record (where it should)

I guess the multiple "." causes problems somehow
