Can you please end me the spool job you're printing? I don't see how the path that Bullzip uses can get changed so I'll try and make it happen here. You can look at the config file yourself to see if it is messed up. For a Vista\Win7 machine it should be: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\PDF Writer\Comet PDF\Settings.ini
