Just like the install to have more options that would allow the person doing the install to get the max accomplished with the least opportunity to screw up.

I've had lots of problems with pdfFactory where IT support didn't install the right version or didn't add the license password. Tough to explain to the boss why all his month end reports have the "pdfFactory" blurb at the bottom.

COSWGLOB.INI has been a great help in making sure all uses get the correct set of default fonts. Used to have to rely on the IT guy to get the font settings done manually. 50/50 at best.
