The problem with your #FILES is in the "@7F@" record. Recall that #FILES had 2 records for every link: the "L"-type record and the "@7F@" record. The error log indicates that the source file for the link in the "@7F@" record doesn't match the source file in the "L" record. For example, CUST.HISTORY doesn't match CU178HISTORY. #CFILES needs only 1 link record because it has the multi-key capability. Looks like you had some bad "@7F@" records.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
