There are a couple of things I can think of that you might want to check in
to. First, if they're running any virus protection software on the server
try disabling it, at least temporarily. If they have any large data files
and the virus detector is scanning during the work day, it's possible that a
file could be locked long enough to cause an error. Second, check to be
sure they aren't using the data compression feature of NetWare. That can
cause problems on large data files also, as it takes a while to uncompress
the file when data is requested.
