There are slight changes between the two. The "Show DOS Box" works as an odometer so you can that something is happening. Good for "Compile Project", Not necessary for "Compile".
Don't know why the "Save all files first" is unchecked for "Compile Project.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
